Here's the house. My own house. It wasn't as beautiful as my childhood home, but I liked it way more than an apartment.
And the first thing I did was to drive to the park, where I found a woman playing piano. Another woman stood there, listening to her, so I joined her.
She was very, very good at playing.
I also told her that, and we end up talking.
I told her that I just moved here, and she was very keen to tell me more about Bridgeport.
She also told me about the best places in town and where there was a lot of people. I decided to visit some of those places even this night!
And I chose one of the most fanciest places in town. I atleast think. They had TWO red carpet's to the door!
Dear ladies and gentlemen: Aquarius.
But they had guards and only celebrities could go in there. I was a bit disappointed.
But the guard looked nice. He didn't seem like one of those big scary people, but who knows...
I walked up to him.
"Hi there." I said and smiled my biggest smile. "I'm going to meet a friend inside, if that's okay..?"
"I don't recognize you..." he said and studied my face. "We usually don't let people walk in anyhow..."
"Is that so? I'm knew in this town, I'm sorry I didn't knew that.." I lied. Or I kind of lied... How you now should put it. "But I won't be a big problem in there, I promise you. If I do anything stupid, I'll never come back."
"Well, I trust you. Go in and have some fun, but you can't be too long. Just two hours. Deal?"
"Deal!" I said and grinned as I walked in.
The first thing I did was to order a drink from the woman at the bar.
"What does a pretty woman like you doing here all alone?"
I turned my head and saw a man, probably asian because of his looks, and all white clothes.
I didn't answer him, hoping that he would go away.
"Don't ignore me, sweetie!" he said and I rose from my chair.
"I'm sorry, but my mother taught me not to talk to strangers." I said with a grin.
"If that's so, how would you ever be able to get new friends?" he asked. "I won't hurt you, there are guards everywhere on this place, so I would have no chance."
Well that was true. I guessed I should give him a chance.
We talked a bit, but I didn't know if I trusted him. In my childhood, I was almost never with guys. I didn't have a dad and I never met my siblings dads, and I was almost always with my girl friends.
I wasn't that good talking with guys.
I wasn't that good talking with guys.
The guy left for doing something, but he promised me that he would come back, not that I mind at all that he was gone...
So I walked upstairs for a look around and found this amazingly hot guy at the bar. I just had to order a drink.
With my drink in my hand, I walked around on the roof, looking at the view. This place was amazing at night. It was all grey and boring at daytime, but as soon as the darker fell and lights were lit everywhere, it was amazing.
I could even see to the rich part of the town, where all the stars lived! One day I wanted to live there.
I sat down at the bar.
"I just moved here." I told the bartender. "So I want to hear, what you think of this city. Me myself, think it's awesome, but I've not even been here 24 hours."
He smiled. "Nice to have someone new around here. But how did you get in? Don't tell me you sneak in."
"No, the guard on the other floor let me pass. I promise. Now answer my question."
"Well... I love this city. I've lived here almost mitt whole life. But the nights are the best, it's so if you wanna enjoy your time here, make sure you'll have time to go out on the evenings. Or else you probably won't see the best part."
"You're just saying that so you will get more customers who'll buy food, don't you?" I smiled.
He laughed. "Damn, I didn't knew you would figure it out that fast!"
I grinned at him.
