A few days later it was my first day at work. I was in the music career and I was excited to see where it would take me.
A woman in the ugliest car I've ever seen, picked me up at my house and drove me to work.
Another few weeks later, I got a visit from a thief! The clock was half past 3 at night when I woke up hearing the door broke, I had jumped out of bed and stood in the corner of the room. And then a woman in striped clothes came upstairs.
I could see her whole life pass in her eyes when she saw me. She gasped and just stared at me, and I stared back.
Without a word from any of us, I jumped on her and tried to tackle her to the floor.
And I won and the first thing she did afterwards was to run away. I didn't even got time to call the cops!
But the police came and I told her what had happened, and I also pointed to the way the thief ran.
Afterwards I tried to calm down over a bowl of cereals.

One night I drove to a new pub. Or I shouldn't call it new, but I had never been there before. The Brightmore.
And the best thing was that the guard let me pass! He was also very cute.
When on the inside, I switched to a dress I bought just a couple of days ago. There was not much people at The Brightmore, but it was so cozy.
I decided to go talk with the guard.
He whistled when he saw me.
"What a beautiful dress!" he said. "I didn't knew I let someone as pretty as you walk past!"
I grinned. What was it with all the flirting in this city? Since the day I moved here, guys were flirting with me all the time. Sometimes even the postman! Thank god I had a woman as my boss.
His name was Alexander French and he said there usually was a lot of people here at The Brightmore.
I rolled my eyes. "Why don't I see anyone except you and the other guard here? I wanna go somewhere it's people!"
He looked at me with sad eyes. "Don't go! I havn't had this fun at my work in a long time. The people who come here are usually with friends and stuff."
I smiled. "Anyway I'll go dancing for a few minutes. If it's not more people here when I come back, I'll go!"
But I had fun dancing. The advantage of being all alone in a club was that you could dance how crazy you wanted, without any people who stared at you. Except the bartender.
But it was still just me when I got back, so I did as I said before and went to another place, but before, I gave Alexander my number. Just so he could call, if there came any people...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had become a very good friend with Alexander. He was the one I called or texted when I was bored, and at the nights when The Brightmore was open, I was there talking with him.
But one day when I was making the dishes, he called. That was unusual, it used to be me who called.
"Hello?" I said.
"Hi.. I'm having a free night and... I was wondering if we could meet at The Brightmore for just doing some fun... Dancing... Eating some pizza, enjoy that I'm having a free night!"
I laughed. "Sure, Alex, we can do that! See you tonight!"
I had my black dress when I arrived at The Brightmore around 7PM. I saw Alex downstairs, right outside the elevator.
"You've straighten your hair!" I said and grinned. "It's nice! You look like a little girl!"
He blushed and stared terrified at me. "I do?"
I laughed. "No, of course not! It's nice! You look cute in that hairstyle!"
"You scared me.." he said, glaring at me but with a smile playing on his lips.
I pushed him lightly on his shoulder. "Where are that pizza you was talking about?"
We walked inside and there was a big pizzabox standing all alone on the table.
I took a pizza slice and took a big bite. "Oh sweet heaven." I said. "I almost starved, and then I got to eat this wonderful pizza!"
Alex laughed with his mouth full of pizza.
Then we walked to the dancefloor, full and satisfied, and we danced for hours.
It was over midnight when we stopped dancing.
"I can't dance anymore.." Alex said. "I'm starting to get really tired at this and my feet ache..."
"But I'm having so much fun!" I said trying to sound sad, but the truth was that I was really, really exhausted. I just kept dancing because Alex did.
Alex stared at me. "Don't tell me you're not tired.."
"Oh I am..." I smiled. "If you want to, we can go to my place and just watch a movie or something."
He nodded. "Let's do that."
At first at my house, it was a very awkward silence. The only sound came from the TV. Alex just looked tired and I regret inviting him.
But after a while we started to talk and laugh at stuff in the movie. It was a nice movie, however.
But I don't know how many times I yawned and eventually Alex noticed it. "You wanna go to bed?" he asked me but I shook my head.
"I'm fine." I yawned again.
He moved closer to me and put his arm around my shoulder. I leaned my head against him and just relaxed.
I just sat there, watching the movie, who was just being more and more boring. I wasn't interested in the movie at all anymore.
Finally finished the movie and I was almost asleep.
Alex yawned. "I should drive home and you should go to bed."
"Don't go home yet..." I whispered and then I kissed him.
