My luck with Emma wasn't doing really well, so meanwhile 'waiting' for something to happen, I dated a few other girls.
One of them was Holly.
She was really fun and kind. But a little too frisky.
She looked like she'd came right from one of those reality shows on TV.
All photoshopped.
But I liked her. She wasn't one of the bitchy ones.

A few weeks later, that one girl from the gym and the chesstable called me.
I had no idea how she'd gotten my number, but she wanted me to solve something for her.
"What's up?" I said when I saw her. "What did you want me to do?"
"A woman named Tori has hacked my computer. She's working at my work and she stole some files from my computer who made her get promotion." she said. "Can you fix that some how?"
She almost looked frightened when she told me this.
"Of course.." I said. "But how did you got my number? And you've never told me your name."
She just looked right through me.
And without an answer, she walked past me too.
"Hello?" I said, looking after her.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But I got to a computer at the library and hacked this Tori's computer.
I brought back the files to a USB stick and then it was time for me to find this girl again.
I didn't even have her name.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had been to all places in town, before I went to the fire station.
That was where I found her.
"Cool, you're working here?" I said looking around.
"Ehm, no, I'm not." she said. "But a friend of mine does."
I nodded and picked up the stick.
"Oh god, thank you!" she said and grinned. "I owe you!"
"Well, not really, but you can at least tell me your name." I said with a smile.
"I'm sorry. I've been in such a hurry before, I'm Bebe Hart. And..." she picked up a pen from the table next to us and wrote down a lot of numbers on my wrist. "Here's my number. You can call me, when you've stopped chasing after Emma Hatch. I promise, she's not a catch." she grinned.
"Hah, rhyme. Funny." I said and glared at her, but I smiled too.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just after finishing all my work, including that with Bebe, I went to the gym.
But today, I wasn't going for the treadmill. I felt more like swimming.
And I totally didn't regret my mind when I saw who was climbing up the pool ladder.
"Emma!" I exclaimed. "Hi there!"
"Oh, I recognize you!" she said when she saw me. "You're that guy from the park with a hat!"
"I may be.." I said. "You had a good date back then?"
She laughed a little. "Not really. That guy was a jerk. He left right after the 'dinner'. It was hot dog."
"That's too bad." I said, without meaning it. "I can take you out for a real dinner if you'd like."
"Oh, I would love too, but I've decided not to go out with people for awhile. I've too much things I want to do anyway before I'll start a relationship and stuff."
I raised my eyebrows. "Oh... that's... well I'll maybe see you sometime." I said.
"Yeah, maybe." she smiled and walked toward the locker room. "Bye!"
"Bye.." I mumbled.
I didn't feel like swimming anymore. Or running or anything.
As I walked out from the gym, I picked up my phone and put in the numbers who where written on my wrist.
