FEGG - G4 - Sapphire - Chapter 11

 Months went by. I made fine in my work. And it was just me and my brother at home. We always had so fun together, so the days went by pretty fast.

Rafael had became one of my best friends. We hang out a lot and gossiped about almost everything.

 I had also noticed that my boss, Jun, threw glances at Skype whenever she got a chance.

 Butterfly Esplanade. My favourite park in Bridgeport. Well, it was almost the only park, but I sure loved it!

 There were so many butterflies! In all colors of the rainbow!

 And the flowers... They were majestic!

One night, I took a cab to a pub. The first thing I did, was to run into a guy.

"Oh my, I'm sorry!" I said.

He laughed. "Why such a hurry?"

 "Well... I'm not really in a hurry, I just didn't saw you." I corrected. 

He gave me a look.

"But as I said, I'm sorry." I smiled and he smiled back at me.

 "I'm Barry, by the way," he said.

"Ah, and I'm Sapphire!"

"Sapphire? Isn't that an emerald?"

"Well, emerald is green, and sapphire is blue... It's a gem." I told him.

He shook his head. "It's a nice name anyway!"

 We talked for a few hours until he asked me if I wanted to play darts with him. Of course I wanted to!

 But I sucked at it.

And so did he.

The clock was about 3AM when I went home.
